Use the contact form. Include the device model, OS version, app version, what you expected, and the last action before the problem.

Keep private things private

Do not send passwords, device pairing codes, full book files, or screenshots that expose book text or personal notes unless we specifically agree on a safe transfer.

Start with one book

Install through the Apple TestFlight invitation on an iPhone or iPad running version 18 or later. In Capybara, choose Add Book and select a DRM-free EPUB or PDF from Files. Open Reader Settings to adjust the page; select text to highlight or add a typed note. On iPad, Apple Pencil can write in the margins.

Reading locally

The local reader works without a Capybara account. Keep the original EPUB or PDF. Removing the app can remove its local library unless the operating system restores it from a backup.

Sync

Hosted file sync is not included in this beta. Keep your original book file and move it to another device through Files, AirDrop, or another source when needed.

Security

Report a vulnerability privately through the contact form. Please do not access another reader’s data to prove a report.
